Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 3 large tomatoes, sliced
  • 110 g herb butter
  • ½ bunch basil
  • 1 baguette(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

also delicious with grilled food

Cut the baguette approximately 1.5 cm apart, but do not cut all the way through. Spread herb butter into the cuts and insert one tomato slice and one basil leaf into each cut. Bake in a preheated oven (200°C) on the middle rack for 10 minutes.
