Fanta cake with apple sauce

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 ½ cups flour
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 cup of Fanta
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 12 sheets of gelatin
  • 1 ½ jars of applesauce
  • 3 cups of cream
  • 3 packs of cream stiffener
  • 2 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 300 g sour cream
  • some cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

For the dough, beat the eggs with sugar, flour, oil, Fanta, and baking powder until frothy. Spread the dough onto a prepared baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for approximately 20-30 minutes. In the meantime, soak the gelatin in a little cold water. Then squeeze out the gelatin and dissolve it according to the package instructions, then stir it into the applesauce. Once the dough base has cooled, spread the applesauce mixture on top. Then whip the cream with the cream stiffener until stiff, stir in the vanilla sugar and sour cream. Spread this mixture over the applesauce mixture and serve sprinkled with a little cinnamon.
