Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 700 g sweet potatoes
- 40 g ginger (if you like it hot, use more ginger)
- 1 liter vegetable broth
- 1 cup milk
- 1 bag of pistachios, chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Ginger is also very good for colds
Peel the sweet potatoes and ginger and cut them into small cubes. Cook both ingredients in the vegetable broth until tender. Then puree everything together. Add the remaining ingredients and heat through again.
