Farfalle with Tuna
The perfect farfalle with tuna recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 3 Pc. Fresh shallots
- 1 Pc. Clove of garlic
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 200 ml Vegetable broth
- 300 g Farfalle pasta
- Salt and pepper
- 100 ml Cream 10% fat
- 1 Can Tuna
- 2 tbsp Capers
- 0,5 bunch Fresh oregano
- Peel shallots and garlic and chop finely. Heat the oil in a pan and simmer both for about 2-3 minutes over medium heat. Pour in the stock and simmer for 5 minutes. Cook the pasta until al dente according to the instructions on the packet. Stir the cream into the sauce and heat it up slightly. Drain the tuna, peck with a fork and mix with the capers and the sauce. Let simmer for 5 minutes over a low heat. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Drain the pasta and drain. Arrange with the tuna sauce on plates and serve sprinkled with the oregano.
