Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 egg yolks
  • 150 g powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp rum
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 egg whites
  • 250 g ground walnuts
  • 140 g chocolate, ground
  • 3 tbsp flour

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Beat the egg yolks with sugar, rum, and cinnamon until frothy. Beat the egg whites until fluffy. Fold the nuts, chocolate, flour, and egg whites into the egg yolk mixture and let it rest for about 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 150°C (top/bottom heat). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Form the mixture into balls and roll them in powdered sugar. Place the balls on the baking sheet and bake in the oven (middle rack) for about 18 minutes. Let the finished patties cool.
