Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 350 g turkey breast or chicken breast
- ½ pineapple
- 1 pack of cooked ham
- 3 tsp curry powder
- 1 pinch(s) paprika powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 5 tbsp oil

Cut the turkey or chicken breast and the pineapple into slightly larger cubes. Thread the turkey breast cubes, ham, and pineapple alternately onto wooden skewers (tip: lightly coat the skewers with oil beforehand, so everything will slide off easily!). Mix the curry powder, paprika, salt, and oil in a small bowl. Place the skewers in a large freezer bag and add the prepared marinade. Make sure the marinade is evenly distributed and then let it marinate in the refrigerator for a few hours. The skewers taste best grilled, but they can also be prepared in a pan.
