Strawberries with pepper cream

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g strawberries, fresh
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 small jar of pepper, green, pickled
  • n. B. sugar
  • 1 dashes lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash and hull the strawberries, marinate them with lemon and sugar. Mix the sour cream with green pepper and season with sugar. Place the strawberries in a bowl and spread the pepper-dried sour cream over the strawberries.
