Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 250 g potatoes
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 2 carrots
  • 300 ml vegetable stock
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • some sugar
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Herbs, of your choice
  • some oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

super fast and super tasty!

Peel and chop the potatoes and carrots. Chop the onion, garlic, bell pepper, and tomatoes. Heat the oil in a pan and lightly sauté the onion and garlic, then fry them with the minced meat. Then add the tomatoes and tomato paste and deglaze with the vegetable stock. Add the potatoes, carrots, and bell peppers and simmer over medium heat for 40 minutes. Season, add the sour cream, and bring back to a boil briefly. Serve the farmer’s pot with ciabatta bread and salad.
