Finger food, super quick, super tasty and perfect for parties

Wash the tomatoes thoroughly and slice them. Remove the puff pastry from the package, divide it into approximately 4 cm x 4 cm squares, and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Brush the squares with a little milk and place the tomato slices on top (leaving a small border around the edges to allow the tomatoes to bake in properly). Sprinkle some cheese (grated cheese or mozzarella slices) on top and season with pepper, salt, and basil. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for about 15-20 minutes until golden brown. This makes about 30 puff pastry tomato wedges.
