Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g minced meat, ground.
- 2 tbsp oil
- 800 g potatoes, diced
- 2 stalk(s) leeks, sliced
- 400 g carrot(s), sliced
- 3 pears, cut into pieces
- ¼ liter broth
- salt and pepper
- Parsley
- nutmeg
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
First, brown the minced meat. Then add all the prepared vegetables, deglaze with the broth, and let it simmer for 20 minutes. Finally, sprinkle with chopped parsley.
