Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 serving of noodles (mie noodles)
  • 200 g turkey meat
  • 100 g Chinese cabbage
  • ½ onion(s)
  • 1 egg(s)
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Soy sauce

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Let the mie noodles simmer in boiling water for 4 minutes. Shred the turkey, slice the Chinese cabbage, and dice the onion. Sauté the turkey and diced onion, then add the noodles. Season generously with salt, pepper, and soy sauce. Pour a beaten egg over the noodles and let it set. Finally, add the Chinese cabbage and simmer with the lid on for a few minutes.
