Farmer’s Pot
The perfect farmer’s pot recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 1 Shallot
- 1 Rapeseed oil
- 1 Snack peppers, yellow
- 2 Potatoes
- 1 Can Tomato pieces
- Salt, gourmet pepper
- 300 g Mett, seasoned
- 130 ml Water
- 1 tbsp *Gemüsesalz aus Resten
Farmer’s Pot
- Peel the garlic clove and shallot and place in a lightning chopper, chop. Snack – cut the peppers open, remove the seeds and cut into large pieces. Peel and roughly dice the potatoes. Take a saucepan and heat the rapeseed oil in it.
- Add finely chopped food and steam. Add seasoned mince and fry until crumbly. Pepper a little and then pour in the coarse pepper pieces together with the potato cubes. Stir and deglaze with water. Add the chunky tomatoes and season with vegetable salt.
- Mix again and bring to a boil. Then switch it down and let it cook for 20 minutes. Then fill into deep plates and serve immediately.
