Ingredients
 

  • 250 g Minced beef
  • 300 g Waxy potatoes
  • 1 can Skinned tomatoes
  • 1 L Vegetable broth
  • 2 Peppers, red and yellow
  • 1 tsp Marjoram fresh
  • 1 tsp Fresh thyme
  • Salt and pepper
  • Oil

Instructions
 

  • Clean the peppers and peel the potatoes, cut both into cubes. Fry the minced meat in a little oil (e.g. mazola). Add diced vegetables and fry briefly. Pour in the vegetable stock and add the tomatoes. And cook on low heat for about 25 minutes. Stirring occasionally . Add marjoram and thyme and season with salt and pepper.
