Ingredients
- 250 g Minced beef
- 300 g Waxy potatoes
- 1 can Skinned tomatoes
- 1 L Vegetable broth
- 2 Peppers, red and yellow
- 1 tsp Marjoram fresh
- 1 tsp Fresh thyme
- Salt and pepper
- Oil
Instructions
- Clean the peppers and peel the potatoes, cut both into cubes. Fry the minced meat in a little oil (e.g. mazola). Add diced vegetables and fry briefly. Pour in the vegetable stock and add the tomatoes. And cook on low heat for about 25 minutes. Stirring occasionally . Add marjoram and thyme and season with salt and pepper.
