Ingredients
 

  • 500 g Mixed minced meat
  • 500 g Potato
  • 250 g Red peppers
  • 2 piece Carrots
  • 400 g Chopped tomato preserve
  • 300 Milliliters Vegetable broth
  • Tomato paste concentrated three times as required
  • Sugar
  • Salt
  • Hot paprika powder
  • Rapeseed oil

Instructions
 

  • Clean the peppers and chop the carrots and potatoes as well.
  • Heat the oil in a pan and fry the minced meat until crumbly.
  • Deglaze with the tomatoes and the stock.
  • Then add the potatoes, carrots and peppers.
  • Let the whole simmer for about 40 minutes over medium heat.
  • Serve with baguette and salad. Tastes great.
