Spicy Farmer’s Pot

The perfect spicy farmer’s pot recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Mixed minced meat
  • 500 g Potato
  • 250 g Red peppers
  • 2 piece Carrots
  • 400 g Chopped tomato preserve
  • 300 Milliliters Vegetable broth
  • Tomato paste concentrated three times as required
  • Sugar
  • Salt
  • Hot paprika powder
  • Rapeseed oil
  1. Clean the peppers and chop the carrots and potatoes as well.
  1. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the minced meat until crumbly.
  1. Deglaze with the tomatoes and the stock.
  1. Then add the potatoes, carrots and peppers.
  1. Let the whole simmer for about 40 minutes over medium heat.
  1. Serve with baguette and salad. Tastes great.
