Ingredients
- 500 g Mixed minced meat
- 500 g Potato
- 250 g Red peppers
- 2 piece Carrots
- 400 g Chopped tomato preserve
- 300 Milliliters Vegetable broth
- Tomato paste concentrated three times as required
- Sugar
- Salt
- Hot paprika powder
- Rapeseed oil
Instructions
- Clean the peppers and chop the carrots and potatoes as well.
- Heat the oil in a pan and fry the minced meat until crumbly.
- Deglaze with the tomatoes and the stock.
- Then add the potatoes, carrots and peppers.
- Let the whole simmer for about 40 minutes over medium heat.
- Serve with baguette and salad. Tastes great.
