Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 750 g jacket potatoes
- 2 rolls, stale
- 2 cucumber(s) , (pickles)
- 50 g bacon
- 150 g sausage (hard sausage)
- 1 onion(s)
- 3 eggs
- Milk
- salt and pepper
- Parsley
- Marjoram, dried
- Paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Dice the peeled potatoes and bread rolls. Dice the bacon and sausage. Finely chop the onions. Fry the bacon in a large pan. Add the onion, half of the roughly chopped parsley, marjoram, and diced sausage. Stir-fry for 3 minutes. Add the bread roll cubes. Add the potatoes and season. Fry until crispy, turning occasionally. Add the sliced cucumbers. Whisk together the eggs and milk, then pour over the dish and let it set. Sprinkle with parsley.
