super cheap and delicious

Preheat oven to 225°C (fan oven) Peel the potatoes and slice them. Arrange half in a flake-like pattern in a greased baking dish. Season with salt, pepper, nutmeg, and sweet paprika. Slice the eggs and arrange them in a flake-like pattern on the potatoes. Sprinkle with all the seasonings again. Arrange the remaining potatoes on top and sprinkle with all the seasonings again. Season the cream with salt and pour over the potatoes. Sprinkle with the cheese. Place knobs of butter on top. Bake at 225°C for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. We always serve it with fresh salad. Enjoy! We always enjoy it, not just when we have so much money left over. Also great for using up leftover Easter eggs.
