Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g chocolate, dark
  • 3 eggs
  • 250 g powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 2 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 250 g hazelnuts, ground
  • 3 tbsp flour

Instructions

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 25 minutes

Finely grate the chocolate. Separate the eggs. Beat the egg yolks with 150g of powdered sugar, milk, and cinnamon until frothy. Beat the egg whites until stiff. Fold into the egg yolk mixture along with the hazelnuts, chocolate, and flour. Cover and chill for 1/2 hour. Pour the remaining powdered sugar into a deep dish. Form the mixture into 40 loaves and roll them in the powdered sugar. Bake at 150°C for about 20 minutes.
