Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 m.-large zucchini
- 2 red bell peppers
- 1 small onion(s)
- 5 slice(s) cheese, (toast cheese)
- 1 pack of sheep’s cheese
- Salt
- Spice mix, (Cafè de Paris)
- olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
with sheep’s cheese
Clean the zucchini and bell peppers and cut into strips. Finely dice the onion. Place everything in a baking dish, season, drizzle with a little olive oil, and mix well. Place the sliced cheese on top. Cut the feta cheese into pieces, spread it on top, and bake in the oven at 175°C for about 30 minutes.
