Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 slice(s) wholemeal bread
  • 1 small piece(s) butter, for spreading
  • Ham, 1 – 3 slices
  • 1 m.-sized banana(s)
  • 1 egg(s) or 2
  • Butter, for frying
  • Salt
  • some chives

Instructions

Working time approx. 3 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 7 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

simple, unusual, but very tasty

Heat the pan and melt the butter. Halve the banana lengthwise and place it flat-side down in the pan. Fry slowly; it shouldn’t get too soft. Meanwhile, spread butter on the bread, top with ham, and place the two banana halves on top. Fried the egg(s) in the pan and season with salt. If the pan is large enough, you can fry the eggs and banana at the same time. When the desired consistency is reached, place the egg on top of the banana, garnish with some chives, and enjoy.
