  • 425 g chickpeas (can)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 lemon(s), grated peel
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 4 tbsp vegetable broth
  • 1 tbsp tamari sauce

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

vegan, high-carb, low-fat

Puree the chickpeas, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, and vegetable broth in a blender. Season with tamari sauce. Tip: You can also add coriander or parsley for a more refined flavor.
