Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g fruit, frozen
  • 150 ml milk 0.1 – 0.3% fat
  • n. B. Sweetener

Instructions

Crush frozen fruit, such as berries, with a hand blender to create an ice cream-like consistency. Then add milk until the mixture is still slightly thick. Use the whisking disc of the hand blender to froth the milk mixture until it reaches the consistency of a milkshake. It’s super quick, extremely filling, and low in calories. You can sweeten the shake if desired.
