Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1,000 g cranberries, washed
- 750 g sugar
- 220 ml red wine
Instructions
Working time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
Boil the red wine and sugar together until the sugar caramelizes. Now add the cranberries and continue cooking for about 5-6 minutes. While still hot, fill jars with lids. Do not fill the jar completely; leave about 1 cm of space between the jars. Screw on the airtight lid and let cool.
