Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 bulbs of fennel
- 3 oranges
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch(s) of pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes
Fillet the oranges. Retain the juice and mix it with salt, pepper, honey, and oil. Halve the fennel, slice it into thin rings, and add it to the marinade along with the orange segments. Stir, add some fennel greens, and let it marinate, covered, in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
