Fennel and peach salad

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 bulb(s) of fennel
  • 1 peach(s)
  • 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • 4 tsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Clean the fennel and cut it into small pieces. Do the same with the peach. Place them in a bowl and make a dressing with vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Then pour it over the salad and let it marinate in the refrigerator for half an hour.
