- 2 Herring fillets
- 1 Onion
- Fennel green
fennel salad
- 1 Apple
- 1 Fennel
- 1 Orange
- 1 shot White wine vinegar
- Salt
- Pepper
- Parsely
- Leaf lettuce
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
Instructions
- Sprinkle the herringbone with the finely diced onions and fennel greens. Cut the apple into 4 slices and grill on both sides. Slice the fennel thinly with the juice of the orange, white wine vinegar, olive oil, salt, pepper and finely chopped parsley and marinate for 30 minutes. Place the fennel salad on the grilled apple and serve on the lettuce. Serve the excess marinade separately as a vinaigrette with the salad.
