Fennel with Apple Salad

The perfect fennel with apple salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Pc. Apple Elstar
  • 3 Splash Lemon juice
  • 0,5 Pc. Diced onion
  • 0,75 tablespoon Wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon Rapeseed oil
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • Salt
  • Chilli from the mill
  • 1 pinch Caraway seed

decorate:

  • 1,5 tablespoon Pomegranate seeds
  • 3 Pc. Radish
  • 5 Pc. European walnuts
  • 2 Pc. Mini – pointed peppers

diced:

  • 1 Pc. Fig dried
  • 1 Pc. Date dried
  1. Halve the fennel, remove any unsightly parts. Grate thinly without the thick “stems”
  2. Peel the apples and slice them into fine strips. Sprinkle directly with lemon juice.
  3. Make the vinaigrette and use it to dress the salad.
  4. Now decorate nicely with the ingredients.
