Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 275 g confectionery (Ferrero Kisses)
  • 200 g butter, soft
  • 100 g sugar
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 175 g flour, sifted
  • 2 tsp, leveled baking powder
  • 3 tbsp whipped cream
  • 100 g powdered sugar
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 150g Nutella
  • Fat for the mold
  • Breadcrumbs for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 35 minutes

Roughly chop 150g Ferrero Kisses. Cream together 125g butter, sugar, 1 packet of vanilla sugar, and salt until creamy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, alternating with 2-3 tablespoons of flour. Mix the remaining flour with the baking powder and add to the batter with the cream. Fold in the chopped Ferrero Kisses. Pour into a greased, breadcrumb-coated 24cm springform pan. Bake in an oven preheated to 175°C for 25 minutes. Chop the remaining Kisses, halving 6 of them for garnishing. Cream the remaining butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla sugar until fluffy, then stir in the cream cheese. Once the cake has cooled, split it in half. Spread with Nutella and put back together. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the entire surface and sprinkle the cake edges and top with the remaining confectionery. Chill for 1 hour before serving.
