Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 7 egg yolks
- 150 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 100 g chocolate shavings
- 100 g nuts, ground
- 25 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 7 egg whites, beaten until stiff
- 8 balls of confectionery (Ferrero Rocher)
- 2 cups of whipped cream (200 ml each), whipped until stiff
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes
Combine the first eight ingredients in a bowl and mix to form a batter. Pour this batter into a prepared springform pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 to 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 30 minutes. Let cool. Crush the eight Rocher balls with a fork and mix with the whipped cream. Spread the mixture over the cake base.
