Feta and Avocado Spread

The perfect feta and avocado spread recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Feta
  • 1 Lime, zest and juice
  • 2 Garlic cloves, finely grated
  • 1 Chilli pepper, finely chopped
  • 0,5 bunch Leaf parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 Hass avocado
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • Salt
  1. Put the feta in a bowl and roughly crumble. Add the lime zest and the grated garlic cloves. Now add the chopped chilli pepper, parsley and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Now halve the avocaco and add the avaocado meat (dry the core, which can then be grated later and it can be seasoned with it).
  2. Pour the lime juice over the avocado meat and use a fork to make a smooth spread, it doesn’t need to be too fine. Fill and store in the refrigerator.
