Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 jar olives, black
- 1 stalk(s) leek
- 1 package of feta cheese, 200 g
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- 1 pinch(s) of pepper
- 5 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 5 tbsp pumpkin seeds or sunflower seeds

Dice the feta cheese and add it to a bowl along with the drained olives. Then slice the washed leek into half rings and add it to the bowl. Season to taste with pepper, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar. You can skip the salt; the feta is salty enough. Top with a few seeds, and you’re done.
