Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g unsalted butter
- 1 pack of feta cheese
- 1 bunch herbs or frozen herbs, mixed
- n. B. garlic
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 8 hours; Total time approx. 8 hours 10 minutes
Prepare one day in advance
Take the butter out of the refrigerator a few hours in advance and place it in a bowl so it’s nice and soft. Crumble in the feta cheese and mix with a hand mixer until smooth. Then stir in the herbs and garlic, if desired. Transfer everything to a butter dish and refrigerate overnight.
