  • 125 g pasta, e.g. spirelli
  • 75 g sheep’s cheese
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Delicious single quick meal

Cook pasta in salted water until al dente, then drain. Dice the feta cheese. Heat olive oil in a large pan. Add the pasta to the pan, add the egg, and mix with the pasta. Reduce heat slightly and stir in the feta cheese cubes. Season with salt and pepper.
