Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 package of sheep’s cheese
- 1 shallot(s) or 1/2 bunch spring onion(s)
- ½ bell pepper(s)
- some cocktail tomatoes
- pepper
- Basil, dried
- Oregano, dried
- some olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
for raclette or grill
Crumble the feta cheese into crumbly pieces. Finely chop the onion and bell pepper. Halve the cherry tomatoes. Mix everything with the feta cheese and season with pepper, basil, and oregano. Finally, fold in the olive oil. The finished mixture can then be poured into a raclette pan and grilled under the raclette grill, or placed in a small grill tray and grilled on the grill grate.
