Cider biscuits with jam

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g flour
  • 200 g butter
  • 1 ½ tbsp must
  • powdered sugar
  • vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Crumble the flour and butter into a dough with the must, then knead into a dough. Cover and let rest in a cool place. Then roll out the dough as thin as a knife’s back and cut out large, round biscuits. Place a spoonful of jam in the center and fold the biscuit into a pocket. Bake in the oven at medium heat until golden brown. Roll in powdered sugar and vanilla sugar while still hot.
