Feta cheese roll

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 roll of (to taste) dough from the refrigerated section
  • 1 tbsp wild garlic cream, homemade if you like
  • 8 slices of bacon
  • 200 g sheep’s cheese

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

with wild garlic

Roll out the puff pastry and spread the wild garlic cream on it. Lay the dough horizontally toward you and arrange the bacon slices on top. Crumble the feta cheese with your hands and spread it on top. Leave 2-3 cm of space around the edges of all ingredients, as this makes the dough easier to roll up. Roll the dough up along the long side and seal all ends and openings with a fork. Bake the roll for 25 minutes on the bottom rack at 190 degrees Celsius (375 degrees Fahrenheit). After baking, the roll can be cut into thin slices, making it a great party snack.
