Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 handful of mint leaves (a large handful)
  • n. B. olive oil, mild, fruity
  • n. B. Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Pluck the mint leaves from the stems and wash them. Blend them in a blender with a generous splash of oil and a generous pinch of salt until you get a slightly thick paste. Play around with the oil, mint leaves, and salt until you find the right flavor and consistency for you.
