Feta cheese salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 head of iceberg lettuce
  • 1 pack of sheep’s cheese, plain or pickled
  • 1 jar Pepper, mild
  • 1 small vegetable onion(s)
  • 4 tbsp Balsamic vinegar, dark
  • 4 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 5 tbsp oil
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly herbs
  • n. B. olives

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash and shred the lettuce. Dice the feta cheese. Finely chop the peppers and slice the onions. Toss everything together. Olives also go well with the salad. Mix the dressing with vinegar, oil, water, sugar, mustard, salt, and pepper. If you like, you can also add herbs. Pour the dressing over the salad.
