Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 3 bell peppers
- 1 cucumber(s)
- 6 tomatoes
- 1 onion(s), red
- 200 g sheep’s cheese
- 10 tbsp olive oil
- 10 tbsp vinegar
- Salt and pepper, white
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Wash and chop the peppers, cucumber, and tomatoes. Peel and dice the onion. Place everything in a salad bowl. Dice the feta cheese and add it to the bowl. Add the vinegar and oil. Stir gently. Season with salt and pepper. Tastes great with homemade white bread.
