Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 pieces of feta cheese
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 slices of cheese (Edam)
- oil
- Herbs of Provence
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Brush a baking sheet with oil and place the feta cheese on it. Wash and slice the tomatoes. Place them on top of the feta cheese and season with salt, pepper, and herbs de Provence. Arrange the cheese slices on top and bake in the oven at 170°C. When the Edam cheese has melted, the dish is ready. Serve with herb baguette and red wine.
