Feta cheese with tomatoes in foil

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 300 g sheep’s cheese (feta cheese)
  • 400 g tomatoes
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 5 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 bunch of basil
  • n. B. ham, possibly
  • some salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Slice the tomatoes. Cut the cheese into equal-sized slices. Roughly chop the spring onions. Pick the basil leaves. Spread 6 large pieces of aluminum foil on a work surface and brush each with olive oil. Alternately stack the tomatoes, feta cheese, basil leaves, and spring onions on the aluminum foil (including the ham if desired). Drizzle with a little oil, pepper, and salt. Fold the foil tightly at the top. Place the parcels on the grill and grill for 10 minutes.
