Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g feta cheese
- 200 g cream cheese
- 1 handful of arugula
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- some salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Crumble the feta cheese in a blender, hand blender, or with a fork if necessary. Mix the crumbled feta with the cream cheese. Crumble the desired amount of arugula in the blender and add it to the feta and cream cheese mixture. The amount of arugula can be more or less than a handful, depending on your taste. Crush the garlic clove in a garlic press or grate it and mix it into the mixture. Finally, season the mixture with salt. Tastes wonderful on a fresh roll or baguette, or as a dip for vegetables.
