- 300 g cream cheese
- 200 g feta cheese
- 4 spring onions
- 2 garlic cloves (squeezed)

quick and easy preparation
Crumble the feta with a fork and stir in the cream cheese. If the mixture is too thick, simply stir in a little milk or yogurt. Finely slice the spring onions and mix them into the mixture along with the garlic. Refrigerate the mixture for a few hours. It tastes delicious with freshly baked bread.
