Feta in chili marinade

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 600 g feta cheese or cheese in brine
  • some chili oil
  • some rapeseed oil or rapeseed oil
  • some garlic oil
  • 1 shot of vinegar essence
  • some pepper, white
  • some cayenne pepper
  • 2 tbsp chili flakes, more if desired
  • e.g. parsley, fresh or frozen
  • e.g. chives, fresh or frozen
  • e.g. garlic, finely chopped, fresh or frozen

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cut the feta into small cubes. Combine all other ingredients in a bowl. Add the feta and mix again. The feta should not be drowned in oil. My guideline is that the bottom should be well coated with oil. Then refrigerate the bowl so the cheese can infuse. Of course, you can use any oil you like. There are no limits to the seasonings either.
