Feta Muffins with Cress

The perfect feta muffins with cress recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Red peppers
  • 100 g Feta
  • 1 Bed Cress (garden cress)
  • 1 Egg
  • 6 tbsp Plant cream
  • 250 ml Buttermilk
  • 250 g Flour
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • 0,25 tsp Salt
  • 1 Msp Pepper
  1. Dice the peppers and feta. Cut the cress from the bed.
  2. Whisk the egg, plant cream and buttermilk with the cress.
  3. Mix the flour with the spices and baking powder. Then add to the buttermilk mixture until everything is just blended. Finally fold in the peppers and feta.
  4. Fill the muffin tin or 12 muffin molds and bake for about 30 minutes over medium heat (180 C °, gas mark 3).
