Feta Muffins with Cress
The perfect feta muffins with cress recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Red peppers
- 100 g Feta
- 1 Bed Cress (garden cress)
- 1 Egg
- 6 tbsp Plant cream
- 250 ml Buttermilk
- 250 g Flour
- 1 packet Baking powder
- 0,25 tsp Salt
- 1 Msp Pepper
- Dice the peppers and feta. Cut the cress from the bed.
- Whisk the egg, plant cream and buttermilk with the cress.
- Mix the flour with the spices and baking powder. Then add to the buttermilk mixture until everything is just blended. Finally fold in the peppers and feta.
- Fill the muffin tin or 12 muffin molds and bake for about 30 minutes over medium heat (180 C °, gas mark 3).
