Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 pack of feta cheese (250 g)
- 1 pot of yogurt (full-fat yogurt, 150 g)
- ½ lemon(s)
- ½ cucumber(s)
- olive oil
- pepper, black
- 1 spring onion(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Crumble the feta cheese, mix with the yogurt and lemon juice, and mash well with a fork. Wash the cucumber, cut it in half lengthwise without peeling it, and scoop out the seeds with a teaspoon. Coarsely grate it, place it in a sieve, and press firmly with your fist. Mix everything together, then stir in freshly ground black pepper and a generous splash of olive oil and refrigerate. To serve, sprinkle with spring onion greens and serve with chunky bread cut into finger-sized pieces. Since the seasoning and flavor come from the feta cheese, I omit the salt and garlic in this version.
