Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 m.-sized onion(s)
- 1 m.-large bell pepper(s), red
- 250 g Cabanossi
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 1 small chili pepper(s)
- 1 tsp cumin
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 can kidney beans
- 1 pack of tomatoes, pureed or chopped, approx. 400 g
- salt and pepper
- oregano

- Paprika powder

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Dice the onion, mince the garlic, and sauté in a pan. Then add the finely chopped bell pepper and chili pepper and sauté. Season with tomato paste and cumin. Chop the Cabanossi, add, and sauté briefly. Deglaze with the pureed or chopped tomatoes. Add the kidney beans and season as desired. Simmer over low heat for 10-15 minutes.
