Fiery Cheese Cream

- 150 g Sheep cheese Bulgarian
- 150 g Cream cheese double cream setting
- 1 Spring onion stick
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 Chilli red
- 1 tablespoon Paprika pulp
- 1 tablespoon Rose paprika powder
- 1 tablespoon Chilli oil
- 1 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Honey
- 1,5 teaspoon Orange zest
- Salt and pepper
- Cut the spring onion into rings, chop the garlic and chilli and mix thoroughly with the remaining ingredients. Season to taste with a little salt and pepper.
