Fiery Cheese Cream

The perfect fiery cheese cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 150 g Sheep cheese Bulgarian
  • 150 g Cream cheese double cream setting
  • 1 Spring onion stick
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 Chilli red
  • 1 tablespoon Paprika pulp
  • 1 tablespoon Rose paprika powder
  • 1 tablespoon Chilli oil
  • 1 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 1,5 teaspoon Orange zest
  • Salt and pepper
  1. Cut the spring onion into rings, chop the garlic and chilli and mix thoroughly with the remaining ingredients. Season to taste with a little salt and pepper.
