Fiery chili herb quark dip

Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 500 g quark, 40% fat
  • 2 chili peppers, mild
  • 50 g herbal mixture, 8 herbs, frozen
  • 2 pinches of pepper
  • Salt
  • 1 pinch of garlic powder or 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 pinch(s) chili powder, hot

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Wash the chili peppers, deseed them, and chop them into very small pieces. Mix the quark, herbs, pepper, finely chopped chilies, and garlic powder well. Season with salt. Add chili powder to taste. Let it sit for an hour before serving. This dip is perfect with boiled potatoes, fries, baguettes, nachos, tacos, etc. 176 kcal per serving.
