Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 cup sour cream
- 100 g sheep’s cheese
- 3 tsp Ajvar, spicy version
- ½ red bell pepper(s), diced
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 5 sprigs parsley, flat-leaf
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Mash the feta cheese with a fork and stir it into the sour cream until smooth. Add the very finely diced bell pepper, ajvar, crushed garlic, and finely chopped parsley and mix well. Tastes great with flatbread.
