Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 150 g goat’s cream cheese or goat’s roll
  • ½ bunch arugula
  • n. B. Mixed herbs (basil, rosemary, lemon thyme)
  • 100 ml olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Blend all ingredients together and refrigerate until ready to use. Serve with white bread.
